GETTING STARTED WITH SYNC
BOOKKEEPING

Step 1: Learning About Your Business

We start with a call to understand your needs and the support you’re looking for. From there, we’ll put together a services proposal which we’ll review together.

Step 2: Designing Your Solution

Next, we’ll recommend a technology stack that best meets your needs and will set up workflows to automate and streamline the process.

Step 3: Getting You Set Up and Caught Up

During the onboarding stage, we’ll set up your tech stack, document your workflow, and take care of any catch-up bookkeeping. The first two months will typically focus on ironing out the kinks and training your team.

Step 4: Ongoing Delivery and Support

Once we know that everything is running smoothly, our accounting team will handle your monthly work while you receive day-to-day support from your dedicated Client Success Lead.
